The Cell Sciences' ELISA Set includes the coating/capture antibody, biotinylated secondary antibody, standard, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and a detailed procedure. The ELISA Set components are sufficient for ten 96-well microplates with a detection limit in the low picogram range (≤ 5 pg/ml)
